Welcome to ResendFast. By accessing or using our email marketing platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Service" refers to the ResendFast email marketing platform.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity using our Service.
• "Subscriber" refers to individuals whose email addresses are stored and managed within your ResendFast account.
• "Content" refers to emails, templates, subscriber data, and any other material uploaded or created through the Service.

To use ResendFast, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Complete the registration process
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

ResendFast offers email marketing services that allow you to create, send, and track email campaigns via Resend integration. We offer the following subscription options:

• Monthly Plan: $9 per month with ongoing access to all features.
• Lifetime Plan: $69 one-time payment with perpetual access to all current and future features.

Both plans include unlimited subscribers and emails (subject to Resend's limits), custom domain support, and all platform features.

By subscribing to ResendFast, you agree to pay all applicable fees. For the monthly plan, you will be billed on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for any payments made, whether for monthly subscriptions or lifetime purchases. All sales are final. We encourage you to review the service and plans thoroughly before making a purchase.

When using ResendFast, you agree NOT to:

• Send spam or unsolicited emails
• Use purchased, rented, or third-party email lists without proper consent
• Distribute malicious content, phishing attempts, or harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or similar laws
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Share account access with unauthorized users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our Service

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

ResendFast integrates with Resend for email delivery. By using our Service:

• You are responsible for complying with Resend's Terms of Service
• You acknowledge that email delivery is dependent on Resend's service
• You understand that Resend may have its own sending limits that apply
• You must secure your Resend API keys and other credentials

We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party services that integrate with ResendFast.

You retain ownership of your content, but grant us the right to host, store, and display it to provide our Service. You are solely responsible for:

• The content of your emails
• Obtaining proper consent from your subscribers
• Complying with all applicable email marketing laws
• Maintaining accurate subscriber records
• Respecting unsubscribe requests

ResendFast is not responsible for user-generated content or compliance with email marketing regulations.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Service at any time
• Impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service
• Update these Terms with reasonable notice
• Terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Lifetime plan users will retain access to the core features of the Service, but we cannot guarantee that all future features or modifications will be included in the lifetime plan.

ResendFast is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Emails will always be delivered or delivered within a specific timeframe
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResendFast shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from interruption of service or data loss
• Any claims related to your content or email campaigns

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us during the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Monthly plan users will lose access at the end of their current billing period
• Lifetime plan users may retain limited access to export their data
• We may delete your data after a reasonable period following termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Portugal.
